» This system includes high speed pick out robot, single product transfer fixture and automatic packing machine.

» Pick out robot/stacking fixture and packing machine are separately mechanism with individual controller, which is easier operated with signal.

» Round and square mold are available, length of packing film is adjustable, fastest packing speed is 200pcs/min.

» The maximum width of packing film is 250mm, the thickness of the packaging film is 0.035-0.018mm, the diameter of the packaging film is less than 400mm, and the length is less than 4000m, applicable packing film material in OPP, BOPP, CPP.

» Fiber optic inspection the products, avoid empty packaging

» Add optional servo conveyor belt, implement the section packing and 

counting it.

» The whole production process is fully automatically with no hand touching, No secondary pollution, it is environmental and high efficient.
